George “Tom” Slate, 81, passed away October 6, 2015.

Friends and family may call from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015, at Indiana Funeral Care and Crematory, Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN  46250.  Services will conclude at his graveside at 11:30 a.m. at Washington Park East Cemetery.
